I was about to launch my service when my Email provider Aweber introduced a new course entitled “24/7 Email Marketing Master Class.”
The highlights of the course were packed with statistics, actual case studies, and videos which made it impossible for me to continue with my original launch. The highlights were so compelling, I simply had to abandon my service launch and immediately start the course.
I was first able to turn my original Thank You Letter of 117 words, into a 21 Introductory Email Campaign Series consisting of 9,000 words.
It is said, “Whatever you are seeking, is also seeking you.”
Indeed, I want my service to be tremendously successful. Therefore, I’m always taking courses and attending training webinars, to improve my marketing and social media skills.
The course gave me tools to have a more professional streamline email campaign with a sustainable evergreen marketing strategy.
My original marketing plan and sequence was to use my Landing and Opt-in Pages, with a personalized Thank You Letter, to start the Introductory Email Campaign for the launching of Reolas Services.
Instead, the course showed how to use relevant facts and questions as a tool, to transform a body of work into an Email Campaign Series.
There were many compelling facts which got my attention. However, the first compelling fact showed the influence, the power, and the relevance of Email Marketing, as a present-day Authoritative Marketing Tool.
The last statement made me squint my eyes, in a doubtful manner.
We all know that Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and Tick Tok have millions of engaging fans.

To say I learned a lot from the course is an understatement, I particularly liked the fact that I learned:

The chart also showed steady increase in usage among various age groups and frequency of peak usage.
Marketer and entrepreneurs, these facts make Aweber’s statement even more compelling to anyone who is launching or growing a business.
Today it’s the norm, it is natural to see people walking the streets, engaging with their cell phone. Standing in line, the daily commute on a bus or a train becomes a golden opportunity to scroll through a phone to get email updates, shop online or play games.
As entrepreneurs, we have already created a product or a service, we have already created content for our goods and services.
We now need avenues to introduce and display our products and services, the above statement of fact is a dream come true.

Timing Is Everything
The name of my company is Real Estate Online Advertising Services, aka REOLAS.
Nine months out of College I accidentally answered an Ad in the local newspaper.
The Ad was filled with words all job applicants want to read.

The aggressive human nature within me to win, and to have the position was deeply personal and overwhelming, in my pursuit of the position.
The train ride to the office was an hour and 45 minutes. This gave me enough time to pray believing that I received the position, while practicing different interview scenarios in my mind.
To heighten my aggression, when I opened the office door, the room was packed with applicants. Sizing up the competition made me more determine to have the position.
Believing that they only had a few positions, I was more determined to be chosen.
My professional attire and assertive nature got me an interview immediate, over many applicants in the packed room.
The immediate interview only solidified my desire to be hired. Only after winning the trust of the interviewer, was I informed that the position was for a Real Estate Sales Representative. Immediately, I was turned off and began to leave the office.
Pleased with my ability and professional attire, the interviewer was determined to recruit me on his team, as much as I first wanted the position. After getting me to calm down, he showed me proof from newly licensed representatives. Their pay stubs and valid NY State License made a believer out of me.
I had never thought of Real Estate as a career. However, that day I saw Real Estate Representatives as legitimate professionals in the Real Estate Industry.
Understanding the fundamental nature of a Sales Career. Two aspects of sales distinguish the depths of successful each representative would have.
They are Referrals, and the ability to generate Leads, becomes the most crucial role in the life of a sales representatives.
The goal and work ethics of a Sales Representative is to establish a system which generate leads, giving a steady stream of new clients each month. Along with the ability to have a certain number of sales or contracts each month.
Amazingly, the life of a Sales Representative and the life of all Entrepreneurs or Businessperson. Mirrors each other.
We live in the Computer Age; every Country and every Profession is now fully computerized, with the exception of a few smaller Countries.
The world-wide-web made it possible for all computers, from the mega corporations to the new Cafe to my new service REOLAS. We all compete for the same space with our Meta Titles and Meta Description, one law now governs our success.
The law of the Internet dictates that we have Marketing techniques and strategies, to reach diverse users, in the form of Email, Content and Social Media Marketing to name a few platforms.
As a professional in the Real Estate Industry for the past 35 years.
