Google define the word EVOLVE as “a process in which the whole universe is a progression of interrelated phenomena.” This is a perfect description of evolvement I experienced in the last 40 years of my the Real Estate career.
Unanimously, we can all agree that Real Estate has been on a universal progression which can only be described as a global phenomenon?
New Development, Drastic Price Increases, High Demand, Shortage of Supply, Creative Alternatives which is out of the box thinking to accommodate the ever growing demand for property.
After 25 years of being a Realtor, I attended a free seminar on the introduction to Internet Marketing. I was amazed and fascinated with the presentation.
Most of all, I was ecstatic and overjoyed to discover the power and the usefulness of Op-tin and Landing Pages.
The ability to effectively attract interest motivated customers to my service without the intrusive methods of Cold Calling and Street Prospecting was phenomenal.
As a Realtor in NYC, these two methods were commonly used to build and grow businesses. A legal effective tool with endless magnificent marketing possibilities.

Computer Science and Internet Marketing were new disciplines to me. As I am sure it was to many of you 15 -20 years ago.
To bridge the gap of knowledge in 2009, I began trained with Brian Moran’s program “10,000 Fans.”
The golden nugget I received from Moran’s training is the importance of having a good Subscriber’s List.
In 2015 I began training with Brian Finale at MLSP Social Media training.
Top Marketer, Ms. Diane Hochman and others all used Aweber for their Email Marketing Campaign Services.
Naturally, I also began using Aweber as my Email provider.
For years, I struggled to get the hang of Aweber’s Editor. I was able to master Word Press and other Editors within days.
However, Aweber kicked my butt for years. I was only able to design Sing-In Forms perfectly.
I guess knowing the value, the understanding and the importance of building a Subscriber’s List, anxiety got the better of me, delaying my ability to build and sustain my Subscriber’s List years earlier.
November 2022. Aweber introduced a new series entitled, “Automation 24/7 Email marketing.” with Liz Willets.
The title of the course and the name of the narrator was enough for me. Immediately, I signed up to be trained by Aweber.
The course did not disappoint, the training was done through several actual Email Campaigns from successful marketers within Aweber.
Taking the course I finally became fluent and comfortable using the Aweber’s Editor.
Seeing various business models, and the way each Marketer incorporated marketing strategies to conform to their Unique Selling Point was simple and relevant to each product.
No two Email Campaign Strategies are alike.
From the first assignment we were instructed to correctly identify the uniqueness of our product or services.
The Unique Selling Point becomes the foundation of each Email Campaign.
Following the Course Strategically:
I was able to confirm Reolas Unique Selling Point.
Along with the confirmation of Reolas USP, I quickly discovered marketing strategies I had long desired to implement into the marketing plan to introduce Reolas to the market but did not know how to do such implementation.
Immediately, with the greatest of ease, I was able to design Reolas 21 introductory Email Campaign Series.
