Before proceeding into the platforms, we want viewers to be well informed about who we are, our marketing objectives and our 5 advertising platforms.
In this introductory blog, I would start by introducing myself.
I am Donna Richards, founder and owner of Real Estate Online Advertising Services aka Reolas.
It is my pleasure to introduce Reolas as an Advertising Service, designed exclusively to give additional exposure to challenging hard to sell properties on the market.

In 2007 Stores Online Corporation, held their first introductory seminar in Brooklyn, New York. On “Online Marketing.” The audience was introduced to the Computer Age, and E-Commerce Marketing.
As a Real Estate Agent first with General Development Corporation, a Florida Developer. My division sold home site or land in Florida. Later I transferred into local Real Estate, selling homes in Brooklyn, New York.
30 plus years ago, Real Estate agents had the dubious task of building a sales career and a clientele primarily through 8 Marketing Tools.

While at the same time establishing our selves as a career professional in the field.
It was necessary to learn how to master various techniques to sustain a sales career.
I was overjoyed, thrilled and excited, when Stores On-Line demonstrated the magnitude, the capabilities and the influence internet marketing had to reach consumer in our market place and worldwide.
Fundamental and greater depths to reach customers, far beyond what we could have possibly imagined with the present established marketing techniques.
Besides the magnitude and scope of reach. I was particularly impressed, with the depth of marketing which first introduced the product to potential customers; disclosing the essence of the product, before speaking or meeting an agent.
The soft sell of the ad, the polite introduction, gave uninterested viewers the opportunity to easily discontinue watching the ad, while it satisfied interested viewers to seek more information, which ultimately results in more qualify prospects.
I was enthralled to learn that I can reach more viewers, than I had ever dreamt possible.
They proved to me that the hardest task in sales, which is acquiring new customers could be achieved easily, professionally and economically with the click of a mouse. All through a marketing technique today known as PERMISSION MARKETING.
PERMISSION MARKETING OPT-IN FORM
Immediately, I was 100% sold on internet marketing. I was able to see how it eliminated one major obstacle, the task of getting customers interested and yearning for my products and services before physically meeting me.
All physical efforts of prospecting would be replaced by a simple appealing ad, filled with concerns of the prospect’s needs. The Ad must be truthful, attractive, persuasive with the right question, compelling the customer to seek my professional service.
Instantly, moving me from being an annoying begging sales person, to a skillful professional with answers to their situations.
Permission marketing is a fantastic marketing tool for anyone offering a service. When done correctly, it leaves customers in a positive state of mind, giving new meaning to the song, “You Are Always On My Mind.”
February 2007. I became a firm believer in On Line Marketing, more importantly in PERMISSION MARKETING.
I viewed it as a tool to build an orderly sequence of marketing growth.
With the ability to bring worldwide awareness of a service:
Present the service being offered to all interested users on the internet
Have the ability to target specific audience for various services
It allows me to build a relationship of professional trust
Specifically attract qualified, motivated users to my Ads
Without any computer skills, I signed up for the program believing that I was capable of mastering the skills necessary to design compelling ads to rejuvenate my Real Estate career.
Real Estate Market Crash
Stores On-line introductory seminar in Brooklyn was a blessing to me, it occurred during the interval when the Real Estate market was experiencing high cancellation and great difficulty funding and closing transactions.
The unusual turbulence was catastrophic, causing the market to collapsing within the following 12 months.
No one was able to give a definitive reason for the unrest in the industry. Agents and Brokers were in a state of psychologically and emotionally disbelief.
2 years prior we saw un-qualified customers purchasing homes above their yearly and monthly income. Call me crazy, but that’s a recipe for disaster. We knew something was coming, but we could not have imagined it to be the crash of the Real Estate market.
As Agents, we loved what we did, but the pain and frustration of receiving denial letters, followed by cancellation of good qualified, valid mortgage applications were unbearable and heart wrenching.
Timing is Everything
They say timing is everything, attending Stores Online Introductory seminar, where I was introduced to permission marketing, which I viewed as a fundamental marketing tool, most valuable in a Real Estate or in a sales career, was exciting.
The seminar filled me with a deep joy I had not experienced in a while.
The understanding, the use, the application and the implementation of permission marketing made me fell alive, strong and energized again to start re-building my Real Estate career, using On Line Marketing techniques as the foundation for business growth.
The thought of that decision was, Oh! What a feeling, a feeling of triumphant victory, which has endured to this day.
For certainty I knew I wanted to stay in Real Estate. However, from past personal experiences I did not want a traditional Real Estate office.
It took a while to process and understand the pain, my colleagues and I experienced during the market crash of 2008.
After carefully examining my experiences. I realized I liked the Real Estate Industry and I enjoyed the activities of an Agent.
I pondered the question what is Real Estate? My answer:
It is a limited Commodity
Desired by Man
Governed and Used my Man
Influenced by Income and Social Status of Man
Builds Equity while Leveraging the Property
Tremendous Growth Potential
Realizing that more of this commodity cannot be manufactured, man and the influential powers that be, will not allow this precious commodity to fall into the hands of the have not. Thus making the social economics of the industry, more dynamic and diverse; resulting in affordable living for everyone to call home.
Understanding how valuable Real Estate is to man, the capability, the influence and the authority of online market. Combined with my personal experience of pain and loss before the market crash, influence me to create a Real Estate service for “Challenging Hard to Sell Properties,” with the programming services of Stores Online.
I pondered the question what is Real Estate? My answer:
Hope the Mother of all Invention
In Real Estate, DESIRE, MOTIVATION and CASH, “STANDS TALL.”
Market condition, interest rates, a buyer or seller’s market, are all very important criteria’s in the industry. However, they are all qualifying factors which reflects upon man’s social economic status in the market.
The unique dynamics of the Real Estate industry within the past 7 years, has made profitable believers out of many skeptics, critics and investors.
The words STRONG, DYNAMIC and RESILIENT are names synonymous to the performance of the Real Estate market in every states in America and worldwide.
As the nation witness the market collapse in 2008. From 2012 we witness a boom as the Residential market soared, home prices increased, the demand for inventory increased and homes began selling at full price, many sold the first day on the market.
The Commercial market saw an increase of mega construction projects and buildings.
A sharp contrast that’s nothing short of amazing.
Growth in the Real Estate industry has been spectacular, as all sectors, the rental, residential, commercial and industrial markets accelerated beyond the imaginations of experts.
Reolas 5 Advertising Platforms
To say that the U.S. Real Estate Industry is dynamic and tremendous is an understatement.
We see new construction of mega buildings around us, we see areas which sat dormant for years, being revitalized, become habitable and vibrant again.
We read reports from major institution such as Experian, Investopedia and the Balance.
It is alarming to learn that abandoned, foreclosed, tax liens properties are in abundance, this fact is shocking and is confusing to the average consumer.
Especially, when we see a neighbor’s distress house sold for top dollars, we see distress homes in other neighborhoods selling for top dollars.
It is natural, to assume that the Real Estate market and the economy is booming and booming big; without any problem.
Learning about areas and pockets of distress properties along with perplexed property owners are alarming and difficult to believe as true.
Fortunately, the strength of the U.S. housing industry is backed by secured Government Sponsored Entities (GSES).
The Government created 7 major secure entities, to facilitate and stimulate growth in various sectors of the economy.
Many buyers do not realize how impact-full the purchase of their home is to the economy.
Many only see and understand the role of the Realtor, the Banker or Loan Officer, the Attorney, the Title Company, the Insurance Company, and the Housing Inspector.
Without realizing that their purchase facilitates a larger funnel which fuels the engine of the U.S. economy.
The mortgage purchase of a residential home facilitates the Construction Industry. Commercial loans facilitates the Business and E-Commerce Industry, while Industrial loans facilitates the Manufacturing Industry.
I simply stated one major industry in each of the 3 markets.
All 3 sectors, the Construction, the Business and the Manufacturing sectors are Billion Dollar Industries, which contributes greatly to the stability, growth and success of the U.S. economy.
Despite, areas and pockets of distress properties.
March 2019 the outlook of the U.S. Real Estate market remains strong.
REOLAS FIRST and ONLY OBJECTIVE, IS TO PROVIDE A FUNDAMENTAL PLATFORM FOR MAN TO SOLVE HIS PRESENT, UNIQUE REAL ESTATE CHALLENGE.
Simply Understanding, “Man’s Need for Shelter.” The limitation of the natural commodity, raw land or prime real estate and the uncertain frailty of life.
Became the essence, “The Foundation of Reolas Platforms for Additional Exposure for Challenging Hard to Sell Properties.”
Focusing on these 3 objectives, steered me to consider, “HOW I CAN SERVE MAN DURING PERIODS OF HARDSHIP WITH HIS REAL ESTATE CHALLENGES.”
Thankfully the Computer Age, specifically On-line Marketing, provided tools for MAGNETIC REACH, to give greater exposure to their challenge property; to a world of consumers searching for such properties.
Reolas CONTENT MARKETING of Ads within each sector, gives USERS the ABILITY to have ADDITIONAL and GREATER EXPOSURE to SHOWCASE their properties to a LARGER DEMOGRAPHIC of USERS world wide in the real estate market.
