Earlier that day, after 9 months of working with Citi Bank, I was the only one who received a raise of “50 cents an hour”. I was honored to be the only one to receive the raise. However, knowing the study time, work and dedication I had put into being on the Dean’s List during College, I felt propelled to leave.
That evening on my Subway ride home, I encountered a rider, who became offended as I leaned over too intently to read a juicy story. Angrily she closed her newspaper, I just had to finish reading the story. I bought my own Newspaper and found an Ad filled with compelling words every job applicant want to hear, I was over the moon.
I was elegantly overdressed and hyped for the interview, the Manager wasted no time trying to recruit me. Immediately, he began showed me checks from several employees. By the time I realized that the position was for a REAL ESTATE, SALES REPRESENTATIVE selling home sites in Florida. Oh My Jingles!!! I tried to run out of the office, but it was too late.
I then spent 10 years with General Development Florida’s largest Community Developer.
It’s said “Sales is one of the easiest careers to get into, but one of the most difficult to master”.
I can attest to this statement as truth. The development, skill, training, practice, drill and rehearsal required to maintain a steady monthly income, a system for steady business, a referral base for repeat sales, trust and loyal customers, on an individual level takes time, skill, patience and diligence.
Success is not always rapid, neither does income nor the learning curve synonymously flow steadily upward.
2007 I attended an Introductory Seminar into Internet Marketing with Stores on Line Corp, knowing the pain and the nature of marketing and advertising on a personal level. I was intrigued and fascinated with the ability to bring automated exposure to grow a business 24/7, as big businesses do. Personally, I saw it as a phenomenal breakthrough in advertising, with the ability to reach millions; instead of a few hundred in a regular campaign.
Today Computer Science and Technology has automated not just advertising, but our life as well.
Today Cold Marketing and Off- line Marketing Campaigns are still being done, the choice of use depends upon the effectiveness and market reach of the product.
Stores on Line encouraged us to sell products, brand name clothing, and such.
In 2007 the fall of the Housing market was upon us. As an R/E Agent my most urgent need was to find buyers for my listings. Instead of a product, I saw a need for additional exposure beyond what was given by the Multiple Listing Service and all traditional methods of advertising, to reach buyers and investors beyond my target area.
Hence the development of www.reonline4u.com. Pre-designed templates, which allow users to click and design a descriptive Ad of their property to facilitate the transaction for immediate sale.
Interestingly, the Real Estate market is so dynamic, that the market bounced back beautifully within a few years. 2016 – 2017 we experienced a Seller’s Market, where properties were selling the first day on the market.
Despite a high volatile market of success and the dynamic boom of the economy, the Real Estate industry and the 4 sectors of the Real Estate markets. Today we still have a lot of properties sitting idly on the market, needing advertising exposure to complete a successful transaction.
Unfortunately, I did not have $10,000 for a consultation fee, with one of the Industry’s top Marketers, neither did I have $250,000 to have them design an Advertising system from A to Z. Instead all I could do, is to learn from them, then apply the programming.
For the past 10 years, I have become an avid student of Internet, Email, Content and Social Media Marketing. My favorite is Content Marketing.
The wealth of knowledge, skill and training needing to be skillful in one of these fields is tremendous, especially as technology is moving at the speed of light.
For this reason I ask your patience as we provide greater property exposure to hurting property owners.
I take this time to apologize to past users and followers of my blog www.re-ads-exposure.com.
My absence over the past 2 years, came about after I accidently turned off the comment tab on the blog. During that time I went through a period of bewilderment in finding the right blog template, the right training program and the right support system for my level of learning.
It’s been quite a journey, the platforms are now ready to attract Real Estate Professionals and property Users in need of more advertising exposure in their Real Estate transactions.
