Many experienced the DYNAMIC BOOM of a Seller’s Market.
The Foreclosure market rebounded tremendously from the collapse of 2007 to 2008, by the creation of a new Program “Short Sale,” which facilitated the need to off load and recycle homes easily into the market again.
Researching the market’s dynamic comeback, I have yet to find an Economic Strategist who’s able to give an accurate explanation of the market’s great recovery success. I simply describe it as a phenomenal Industry.
All 4 major sectors of the Real Estate Industry the Rental, the Residential, the Commercial and the Industrial markets; are so vastly independent of each other, with such depth of strength which makes the Industry so unique and dynamic.
Economic Strategist all agree, that the Government Corporate Bail Out, had a positive impact on the job market; which stimulated the economy for significant economic growth in the Country. The question why did the Real Estate market have such a tremendous and explosive boom after the collapse? The jury is still out on that verdict!!!
