The Classified Ads Section is the first established method of conveyed communication in the Real Estate Industry.
In the 1800’s Realtors used to write or post their listings on a board outside the Realtor’s office, the Mayor’s Office, City Hall, a Library or the most central establishment in the local City or town.
In 1906 Tucker, Lynch & Coldwell the oldest Real Estate Company in America was established. In 1914, the Company was re-named Coldwell Bankers as it is known today.
