Introductory Letter: About Real Estate Online Advertising Services
Greetings: To Everyone and Thank You for Reading this Introductory Post.
Indeed it’s uncommon to put an introductory letter in a blog post. However, I want you to have the opportunity to choose to be well informed about us, by opening the introductory link for more information about the Company’s creation, foundation, services and platforms.
Real Estate Online Advertising Services, aka REOLAS. Is an Advertising Service, Incorporated by the State of New York in 2008. However, the company’s original beginnings was in February 2007.
Although the Company’s platform and foundation are fully established, we are not satisfied; and are pressing towards the mark for the prize of the calling, as an established advertising tool in the Real Estate Industry.
The Company was created by me Donna Richards, an Associate Broker who was affiliated with Re/Max 5 Star Realty, at the time of the Company’s creation.
In 2007 as I sat at yet another failed Open House on a snowy Sunday afternoon, I realized that during the past few months, each Scheduled Open House was a dismal failure.
Not an isolated experience to my performance nor an occurrence to my Office, instead it was an experienced shared by many offices throughout the Industry in 2007.
-Well priced properties sat without activities of showing or Contract for Sale.
-Well marketed properties advertised in the Newspapers / Magazines/ Flyer’s and the MLS Services. Sat without much showings and offers.
- As the clock ticked away, I felt the pain of seeing my efforts fizzed away. I toyed with the question. -How can I get more qualified and interested buyers to view my listing, in spite of market conditions?
-How to make available properties more accessible to all buyers everywhere!!!
IDEA: Create a method where properties would have a stronger platform, with a deeper and a much wider customer base, in addition to what has already been established.
CREATION: 38 product pages were created, showcasing all aspects of Real Estate where Buyers, Sellers and Want Ads properties are exposed to all Citizens within the areas, and in other States. Investors and users World Wide can view the properties and activities, at their heart’s leisure. Hence, attracting more interest and qualified buyers to the property for a faster closing on the transaction.

Is an Internet Service Provider, its specialty being Real Estate Advertisement.
In 2007 when I first began, Internet Marketing was now being introduced, to many offices. Today we’re all certain of the powerful influence and the ability Social Media has to effectively mass communicate our products and services.
As an Internet Service provider, it’s customary to introduce products and services through and via Social Media platforms. However, out of Real Estate Ethics and Respect to my fellow Realtors, I believe it’s important to formally introduce myself and the service to you and your office, in this introductory letter stating the service of operation.
Declaration of Performance:
- Ads will be displayed via the internet.
- Social Media Marketing techniques are the primary methods of operation.
- REOLAS, is presently SEEKING 45 photos of HOMES and PROPERTIES to be displayed on each product page.
- REOLAS, will be making continuous necessary tweets to accommodate growth.
- We welcome recommendations to promote the advertising and selling of properties advertised on our website.
- Realizing that each area is UNIQUE, we welcome recommendations to further tailor our Ads to your office needs.
- REOLAS is not seeking personal endorsement from any office at this time. However, with service, time and use of the product we would ask for your testimony.
- REOLAS is seeking permission to introduce the product and services to your members and solicit their inventory to advertise.
- With this permission REOLAS as an independent corporate entity assumes full responsibility for all ADS received from members within your office.
- REOLAS releases all BROKERS, from legal obligations entered into with its members and offices.
- REOLAS is obligated to the advertising duties set forth to members and Realtors as stated for the duration of time specified in the Advertisement.
- REOLAS is obligated to print all Ads accurately duplicating the writer’s specification to the Advertisement.
- As an Advertising Service, we CANNOT GUARANTEE, the length of days a property would take to capture the attention of viewers. Neither can we predict the outcome of an Ad. Our service is to further Advertise and give additional Exposure through the World Wide Web and all online mediums.
- Spelling errors in the property address will be verified for accuracy from the Writer, the Realty or the Country Clerk’s Office for speedy expedition to print the advertisement.
